Account Summary
Since the launch of the MCC’s current online services on 31 July 2006, candidates have access to an account summary through their MCC-Online account. The account summary serves as a receipt and can be printed by the candidate at any time. No other payment receipts are issued to candidates.
Prior to the launch of the current MCC-Online services in July 2006, candidates were issued printed payment receipts by mail. Payments made prior to 31 July 2006 will not likely appear in the current MCC-Online account summary.
A candidate who requires an account summary for transactions made prior to 31 July 2006 and not appearing on their MCC-Online account summary may request one by completing and submitting the Account Summary Request form, accompanied by payment of the applicable $40.00 CAD administration fee. The completed form can be faxed to the MCC Finance Department at
613-521-9722.
