We encourage you to schedule your examination appointment online, through the Prometric website. However, if you wish to schedule your examination appointment by telephone, you may do so through one of the call centers listed below.
Call centers are available regionally for your convenience; however, any call center can process your request regardless of where you are calling from and regardless of the country in which you will be requesting to take the examination. Note: Long distance charges may apply.
You must provide your Authorization To Test (ATT) Number; you cannot schedule your examination appointment without providing the correct ATT Number. If you are calling to change (reschedule) or cancel a previously-scheduled examination appointment, you must provide the 16-digit Confirmation Number provided by Prometric when you originally scheduled your examination appointment.
