Updating your Personal Information

Instructions for:

  • Canadian or US medical students and graduates, and
  • International medical students and graduates or US osteopaths without a PCRC-Online account.

To update your Personal Information such as:

  • Name
  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • Country of birth
  • Citizenship (see below)
  • Etc.

- Send a written request to the MCC with the updated information.
- Send in a certified copy of supporting documentation of the requested change.
- Once the change has been approved, your MCC Online Account will be updated.

To update your Citizenship, you must submit a written request to MCC_admin@mcc.ca
