Updating your Personal Information

Instructions for International medical students and graduates, or US osteopaths with a PCRC Online Account:

To update your Personal Information such as:

  • Name
  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • Country of birth
  • Citizenship (see below)
  • Etc.

- Send a written request to PCRC.
- Send in a certified copy of supporting documentation of the requested change.
- Once the change has been approved, your PCRC Online Account will be updated.

To update your Citizenship, you must submit a written request to MCC_Admin@mcc.ca
