MCC office closure for the Holidays

Please be advised that the MCC offices will be closed for business over the Holidays. The offices will close at 12:00 noon Eastern Time on 24 December 2008 and will re-open at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on 5 January 2009.

Note: The office closure also applies to the Physician Credentials Registry of Canada (PCRC). Please go to www.pcrc.org for more information.

Candidates intending to apply for one of the MCC examinations should be aware that MCC-Online technical support will not be available during the office closure.

Any candidates having an enquiry regarding an MCC examination application during the office closure are requested to send a communication through their MCC-Online account, an email to MCC_Admin@mcc.ca, or a fax to 613-521-9509. Staff will respond to enquiries as quickly as possible upon their return to the office starting on 5 January. If you wish to call, we invite you to do so before or after the office closure.

Mail and courier packages will be opened and date-stamped upon the office’s re-opening on 5 January. Based on past years, it may take a few days to open and forward all packages to the appropriate departments.

Note: This notice also applies to MCC candidates or Licentiates who submit a Service Request for a Statement of Registration, Certified Confirmation Letter, replacement documents, etc.
