Certified Confirmation Letter
A certified confirmation letter includes your name, date of birth, LMCC registration date and number, and the dates of your successful examinations; it does NOT include scores. It can be sent to Medical Boards in lieu of the Statement of Registration when confirmation of scores is not required.
Fee: $40.00 CAD
A Certified Confirmation Letter can be requested by completing and submitting the Service Request Form (PDF) authorizing the applicable payment. Payment by Visa or MasterCard is required. The request can be submitted by fax (613-521-9509) or by mail/courier.
