Certified transcript of examinations
A certified transcript of examinations is similar in format to the Statement of Registration, but applies to MCC candidates who have not yet obtained the Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC). It includes:
- the candidate's name
- date of birth
- dates and results/scores of successful examinations
- a statement that the candidate is not yet registered as an LMCC (as well as the reason why; e.g., he/she has not yet successfully completed the MCCQE Part II, etc.)
Please note that a certified transcript of examinations is for candidates who have passed the MCCQE Part I, but have not yet passed the MCCQE Part II.
The certified transcript of examinations can be requested by completing and submitting the Service Request form authorizing the applicable payment by Visa or MasterCard.
