Certified Transcript of Examinations
A Certified Transcript of Examinations is similar in format to the Statement of Registration, but applies to MCC candidates who have not yet obtained the Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC). It includes your name, date of birth, dates and results/scores of your successful examinations, and a statement that you are not yet registered as an LMCC (as well as the reason why, i.e. has not yet successfully completed the QE-II, etc.).
Fee: $100.00 CAD
The Certified Transcript of Examinations can be requested by completing and submitting the Service Request Form (PDF) authorizing the applicable payment. Payment by Visa or MasterCard is required. The request can be submitted by fax (613-521-9509) or by mail/courier.
