Dr. Berard, Registrar Emeritus
It is with great sadness that the MCC has learned of the passing of Dr. Michel Bérard, former President and Registrar Emeritus of the Council. A passionate advocate for effective assessments of medical competency, he had a steadfast conviction of the necessity of the Council in the Canadian medical system. Dr. Bérard passed away on April 12, 2009. His wisdom and guidance will be greatly missed.
