Centenary workshops and receptions
As part of the Medical Council of Canada’s centennial celebrations, Council is sponsoring an invitational workshop and reception for each of the faculties of medicine in Canada throughout 2012 and in early 2013.
The MCC recruited world-class expert speakers to lead these workshops designed to promote faculty and professional development. In keeping with Council’s mandate, the workshops focus on different areas of physician assessment.
In celebration of Council’s 100th anniversary, a reception is held in conjunction with each workshop. These receptions also provide a chance for faculty and student representatives to get to know the Members of Council appointed by their faculty of medicine and their provincial medical regulatory authority.
